Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales and agreements between Tinytoyshop and ‘you’, ‘the consumer’, whereby Tinytoyshop will apply these conditions unless agreed otherwise in a writing to you. If articles are ordered from Tinytoyshop, you automatically accept the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we will confirm the order by e-mail to you. This agreement will only be concluded once the payment has been successful. All orders will be send within five working days after receipt of payment by you. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond our control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. We will keep you duly informed of the status of the order.
We strive to keep our website, as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. A product must be delivered to you within 30 days of the order placement. If we fails to comply with this, you may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term.

Prices and Payment

At the time of ordering in our online store prices quoted apply to the contract. The product prices are in EURO and including VAT. The prices mentioned in our Tinytoyshop online store are exclusive of shipping and handling. We are not bound by its offer in case of printing or programming errors on our website.

Delivery

We will take the greatest possible care when receiving your order. The place of delivery is the address that you provided during the transaction. We will send the orders accepted in order of receipt as soon as possible. As a rule, the delivery within two working days after the order is received. The stated delivery times are indicative. Accordance with the law ‘Distance Selling’ is that the maximum delivery time is 30 days. Beyond this period, you have the right, without giving any reason to cancel the agreement.

Queries/Complaints

In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform us by e-mail – info@tinytoyshop.gr. You will receive a reply within three working days.

Privacy

We take privacy and security of your information very seriously. We will not give your consumer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order. When making an order, we requires your name, invoice and delivery addresses, and payment details so that an order can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process.

Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.

Liability

All articles in our assortment of Tinytoyshop have been gathered with the greatest care. Tinytoyshop cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the articles sold by Tinytoyshop.

The content of our website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, we cannot preclude the possibility of any error or incompletes in the information on our website. We cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any typing or misprinting errors that could communicate an incorrect selling price. In that case we will adjust the price as soon as possible. The actual colour of our products can be slightly different from the colours shown on the computer screens. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Certain links on the website can give access to websites and information that is being exploited and maintained by third parties. We do not control these sites and it not responsible for the content of these sites.

Despite any other established legal rights, Tinytoyshop is entitled, at its own choice, in case of Force Majeure, to cancel your order, or cancel the purchase agreement without legal intervention, by informing you in a writing. Client is not entitled to any damages, given the circumstances this would be unacceptable according to measures of reason and fairness.

Visitors and users of our website may not claim any rights pertaining to the information on the website. None of the text or graphics from Tinytoyshop’s website may be partially or wholly copied or publicly used for printing, photocopying, faxing, overtyping, in an electronic database, or for any other reproduction purposes.
